When you submit a contact or cybersecurity review form, email us, or otherwise communicate with HGLY, we may collect:

• Your name and business name
• Email address and optional phone number
• Your website address
• Project, website, blog migration, or cybersecurity request details
• Any other information you choose to include in your message

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through a website form or ordinary email.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting and security provider may process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, and diagnostic or security data.

How We Use Information

We use information submitted through the site or by email to:

• Respond to questions and project requests
• Review a website, blog, domain, email, or account-security concern
• Prepare estimates, recommendations, and project plans
• Communicate about requested or active work
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the site
• Maintain appropriate business records and comply with legal obligations

HGLY does not sell or rent personal information. We do not use contact details for unrelated marketing without permission.

Form, Hosting, Analytics, and Email Providers

HGLY uses a limited set of service providers to run this site and receive inquiries:

• Cloudflare Pages and Pages Functions host, deliver, protect, and process requests to the site, including form requests.
• Resend transmits website form submissions to HGLY by email.
• Google Workspace and Gmail provide HGLY's business email service and may store messages and related correspondence.

The website does not write form submissions to a separate HGLY website database. Submissions are validated by the form function and transmitted to HGLY's email service.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. You can review the Cloudflare Privacy Policy, Resend Privacy Policy, and Google Privacy Policy.

HGLY does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral advertising tools, or another third-party analytics platform on this site. Cloudflare may still process request logs and aggregated security or performance information as part of its hosting and protection services.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

HGLY does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies for normal use of this site. Cloudflare or another infrastructure provider may use essential cookies or similar technologies when needed for security, abuse prevention, network performance, or reliable service delivery.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. If HGLY later adds analytics or other tracking that materially changes these practices, this policy will be updated.

Retention and Deletion

We retain inquiries and related correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate or perform requested work, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, protect the business, and meet legal obligations.

You may ask HGLY to correct or delete personal information by emailing [email protected]. We will review the request and delete information we no longer need, subject to any legal, security, recordkeeping, active-project, or dispute-related reason that requires continued retention.

Our service providers may retain information or backups according to their own retention schedules and legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We may share information with the providers listed above and with contractors, professional advisers, or other service providers when reasonably necessary to respond to your request or operate the business. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect HGLY, our clients, or others from fraud, misuse, or harm.

Data Security

HGLY uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information submitted through the site. No website, email service, transmission method, or electronic storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for businesses, bloggers, and adults seeking website or cybersecurity services. HGLY does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.

Third-Party Websites

The site may link to websites operated by other organizations. HGLY is not responsible for their privacy, security, or content practices. Review the privacy policy of any outside website you visit.
